Conscience by Akesa.
In Religious Education, we learn about our Conscience. It is our ability to decide what is right and what is wrong. It is an inner voice that tells us what decision we make. We teach our conscience by listening to our parents, read the bible, go to mass and listen to the homily at mass. We listen to our teachers.

Water, Water, Everywhere
In response to the water shortage in Auckland, we worked with our Principal to re-locate a water tank that was at our old school. We use the water tank to collect water for our garden at school. Lukas was our leader. Leitupo was the technical expert and Sione, Charis and Sateki were the handy men. Hope you enjoy.
Lost In The City
Lost in the City is a song composed by the 2019 Year 7 & 8 Music Mentor Group. There were 9 of us. Telesia did the singing while Zahara and Sateki played the guitar. The rest were packing from the background. We thank the NZ Music for the opportunity to work with Singer Tali. Zahara created the music video with the support of Sateki and Leitupo. Hope you enjoy.

LOCKDOWN
WALT: Use our knowledge of the upside-down triangle, to write a report on the school lockdown.
NEW LOCKDOWN SYSTEM FOR A
NEW SCHOOL
NEW SCHOOL
Sateki, TWP 4 Reporter
Their instructor Julia was very satisfied with the children listening and being able to answer her
questions. She gave them specific instructions and they were easy to follow.
Around 9: 45 am the lockdown bell had rung and the children were onto what they were told.
Every child had lied down onto the ground on their stomachs
It was very surprising to see the self-management that the younger kids had while they
are in lockdown. A few of the seniors even fell asleep from the amount of time they spent lying on
their tummy.
their tummy.
Half an hour later, Mr Coakley cam to give us the all clear sign.
“FINALLY!!!” the kids moaned as it was time to eat

The Easter Morning by Dereon
The Easter Morning
On early on Sunday morning, the first day of the week,
Mary Magdalene and other women went to the tomb of Jesus
to take some special oil. They were shocked to see the tomb opened.
They ran back to tell Simon Peter and disciples.

Mary Magdalene was crying outside and she saw a man. She thought he is the gardener who looked after the tomb.
Mary knew it was Jesus when He called her name. |

Virtual Reality Experience
Virtual Reality Experience
On Monday 17 February, the Te Wairua Pakiki Whanau had the most amazing experience. People from the Sir Peter Blake Trust came to our school with VR headsets. We wore it over our head and we were able to watch underwater virtually. It was funny how we moved around thinking that the sharks or fish will come straight to us.
We learnt about what happened to our ocean and the marine creatures. We need to be mindful about our rubbish and how we look after our environment.
Watch us.
